Automated warehouse is one important part of the modern logistics system which is developing rapidly. Compared with the traditional warehouse, it has a lot of traits for example: high automated storage, high managing level, low covering-area, etc. With the development of the economy, the requirement of the intelligent-dense automated warehouse is gradually increaseing. This paper with a view to the efficiency of space, stock and pick up goods, designs one automated warehouse with a removable goods-shelf.The development situation and trend of the automated warehouse are described in detail, the demands and structural characteristics of the intelligent-dense automated warehouse are systematically analysed, the automation, computer detection and communication are used to design the steady and simple control system of the transporting equipment.There're many devices in this system, PLC is used to be the controller of the transporting equipment which has high reliability, easy alteration, convenient servicing. The touchscreen is used to realize the simplly operational scene control. To solve the possible problems, broken-down alarm and protective measures are designed. The CX-Programmer is used to write the ladder program of PLC for realizing the control arithmetic, stock and pick up goods. The Hitech-ADP is used to write the program of the touchscreen for the man-machine interface.Many discriminating location schemes are analysed, the importance of the exact discriminating location is considered, and the absolute-photoelectric encoder is adopted, the complexity of in the automated warehouse is effectually simplified, the imprecise problem of the is solve.To improve the efficency of stock and pick up goods, the fuzzy controller is designed, distance and speed are used to be the two inputs, the fuzzy control-rule is founded, the fuzzy control technology is used to analyse the accelerated mode of, the ladder program is used to realize the speed control of the transporting equipment, the speediness and reliability of the discriminating location are ensured.The experiment indicates that the transporting equipment workes steadily, the control demand of the system is satisfied, one feasible project is offered for the application of the intelligent-dense automated warehouse.
