The warehouse automation is a storage device,which is the use of three-dimensional topshelf storage of goods, stacker as a transportation device,and computer manage the operationsof storage. Currently, the control system of automated warehouse includes the control systemof PLC and the control system of Field bus.The control System of PLC was generallyproprietary systems,which unable to supplement and upgrade.The Field bus control systemprimarily through the field instrumentation and equipment to achieve,and Field bustechnology has not yet established a unified standard. Through the engineering practicesdiscovered the control tasks of automated warehouse has strong versatility,This articleestablish the open control system platform of the core of PLC, which reduce the the difficultyof the technology development of automated warehouse and shorten the development cycle.Firstly, This article summarizes the control systems of the existing automated warehouse.This article designs the overall framework of the open control system of automated warehouse.Combined with the concept of Class Module, The paper put forward the Module divisionprinciple of based on V(vector)-B (behavior)-P (Principle)-C (control).The control system ofthe Automated warehouse is divided into the control module and the carrier module.it buildthe platform of hardware module of the control system.Combined with the moduleinteroperability theory and COM component,conducted the research and development ofreconfigurable modular software platform.Finally, this paper describes several typical controlscheme which as the open platform supplement of control system.On general purposehardware and software platforms and a certain normative principles, The user can quicklyestablish the required the control systems of automated warehouse.
