The automated stereoscopic warehouse is the product of the comprehensive application of modern automation technology.It uses three-dimensional shelves to store goods.The warehouse is equipped with automated equipment to replace the manual storage of goods.It provides modern management based on the realization of basic goods storage.It is easy to use and management convenient,reduced storage costs,and many other advantages.This project is based on the actual storage requirements of a storage center in Qingdao,a three-axis automated stereoscopic warehouse monitoring system is designed.The supervisory program of the upper computer is written by C# language,the development environment is Visual Studio and database is SQL Server,OPC UA technology is used to communicate with the lower computer.The lower computer is completed by OMRON NX motion controller and network servo drive.The servo system constitutes a three-axis manipulator.When the system is working,the upper computer sends control commands to the lower computer to direct the lower computer to enter and exit materials.At the same time,when the materials are in and out of the warehouse,operator scans the barcode information of the material label with the hand-held code scanner,the upper computer receives it and modify database inventory information in real time.The upper computer can also perform user management,status monitoring,data query,data export and other operations.The main work focuses on the following aspects.(1)The process of automated three-dimensional warehouse is introduced,the overall structure and control flow of the system is designed,the key technologies used by the system is explained.(2)According to the actual control requirements,the hardware selection in the control system is finished,system communication network is built,the servo system parameters and OPC UA data server in the motion control is designed,and the motion control program of lower computer is written.The motion control program includes initialization procedures,automatic storage,storage procedures,teaching procedures,alarm procedures and vibration suppression and other procedures.At the same time,the relevant security measures are set in the program to remind the user to deal with the abnormal situation when the system runs.(3)Visual Studio and SQL Server database is used to develop the upper computer program of the system.The upper computer program adopts a three-layer architecture and a public program module is written.The user operation interface is designed according to the functional requirements of the upper computer.The secondary development class library is used to implement OPC communication between the upper computer and the lower computer,database table structure is designed,decoding program of material label information,user management program,data query program and status monitoring program is prepared.A custom package for user controls is adopted,and security program is designed,SQL anti-injection attack processing and other measures is also used to ensure the safe and stable operation of the program.At present,the various functions of the system have reached the design requirements,and it has been put into operation in a storage center in Qingdao to meet the daily storage needs of users,this system save manpower and material resources,improving storage efficiency,and realizing the automation and information management of materials.
