| The rapid development of logistics industry has brought the sharp increase of global container throughput,but the subsequent problems of frequently occurrence of container theft and low speed of customs clearance become gain more attention from all over the world. It has already failed to meet the rapid development of modern logistics by the traditional mode of container information identification, it also failed to give an assurance of security of container transportation by applying mechanical seal to it. Only by adopting a new technology to develop intelligent and security container can make the container transportation develop ahead steadily. And as the most potential of development technology in the 21st century, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification Device) is the best choice of the development of intelligent container.This subject stems from the project fund of state science and technology support program and project of"Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovative Circle", which is taken charged by CIMC SSC. This company is now developing and making a research in Container security Device (CSD) system. The research object of this article is the research and development of the reader applied in CSD system. The main content and results are as follows:Firstly, based on the RFID technology and project background , analyzed the composition and function of CSD system, and designed the hardware solution of the RFID components of CSD system. Make an analysis of the RF communication collision phenomenon"interface from adjacent chanel"of the Reader,also give out its solution. Based on Electromagnetic Theory, expounded the working principle of CSD Electronic Seal and Reader. Analyzed the data transmission way and data coding in RFID system.Secondly, based on electronic seal, established the hardware solution of Fixed Reader. The main controller unit of Reader is C8051F410 from Silicon lab, the high frequency unit IC is CC2500 from TI Chipcon. And the low frequency unit IC is ATA5275 from Atmel. Through Altium Designer 08, completed the hardware circuit design of each functional modules of Fixed Reader, also make an analysis of the fundamental principles of Low Frequency Radio Wake Up, At last finished the reliability design of its PCB.Thirdly, formulated the communication protocols of the Reader and the Electronic Seal,also formulated the communication protocols of PC and the Reader Under the development environment of Silabs IDE, took C as the develop language, finished the program design and software simulation debug and test. Finally with the support of oscilloscope and serial port assistant finished the hardware debugging of Fixed Reader. Tested high-low temperature performance and RF communication distance of the Reader the test results are as follows: Working temperature is of the range of -40℃~+85℃, the maximum communication distance of high frequency is 110m, the low frequency communication distance is of the range of 3~5m. Finally, provided the application solutions of Container Yard gate, Shore Bridge and Shore tackle.The Reader developed in this subject adopted dual-frequency way of communication. By applied the Reader to the CSD system, it resolved the effective safety monitoring of container transportation, realized the intelligent management of container transportation. The Reader could easily expend its software and hardware design according to different applying environment, which saved the cost of the investment cost. |
