RFID is a non-contact wireless communication technology that utilizes the electromagnetic theory,encoding and decoding data,wireless transceiver,integrated circuit technology.In order to achieve the target recognition function of electronic tags,it uses the spatial coupling and transmission characteristics of RF signals to achieve two-way communication of data.UHF RFID technology is at the forefront of the development of RFID technology.It has the advantages of high read and write distance,low cost of tag production,strong anti-jamming capability,fast read speed and secure communication,promotion and wide application.The technology can be applied to logistics and supply management,manufacturing and assembly,air baggage handling,mail express parcel handling,and other different occasions.UHF RFID fixed read/write system was based on STM32F407.Firstly,UHF reader must comply with ISO/IEC 18000-6C radio frequency identification communication protocol and it can be achieved with the UHF RFID tag communication.Considering the requirement of sampling the baseband signal when the reader receives the signal,and the main STM32F407 is used as the control chip,and the RF unit circuit is based on Intel's UHF reader chip R2000,which the hardware design and software development are completed.Hardware design is divided into MCU control circuit,RF module and baseband module design.The main control circuit is mainly completed with the PC communication functions,and Baseband module mainly completes data exchange between electronic tag and reader.In this exchange process,it can receive the control command sent by the host computer.In the electronic tag and reader communication need to complete the baseband module RFID tag identification,anti-collision algorithm,encryption and decryption tasks.RF module to complete the main launch radio frequency signals,and activate the identification of the scope of electronic tags.The C language is used to design the software,and the software design of the whole reader including the main program module,it is realized the protocol processing module and the system bottom module.The protocol processing module is the core module of the reader/writer software.It mainly implements the anti-collision processing of encoding,decoding,checking and multi-label operation of the baseband signal according to ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard.After the completion of the design of the whole system identification function of wireless communication and distance testing,through the collected data analysis,the results achieved the desired design goals.The test results show that the design has the advantages of high cost performance and good stability.With a certain use and promotion of value.
