Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is one of the most popular technology in wireless communication and it is also the core technology of the concept of "things".2.45GHz RFID technology is in the initial stage now both in foreign and domestic area. Compared with the other bands,2.45GHz RFID is in the beginning no matter in technology or marke applications in China. In this thesis, author designed portable2.45GHz RFID system for the taxi inspection management, which includes the circuit design of the portable device of RFID, hardware and software design of2.45GHz RFID reader modules and electronic tags.First of all, the thesis introduces the background and significance of portable2.45GHz RFID technologies,and take an overview on the history and the development of RFID technology both foreign and domestic.Secondly, the thesis introduces the three important aspects of RFID technolo-gies:RFID readers, RFID tags and RFID anti-collision algorithm. At the same ti me,introduce the hardware architecture of portable2.45GHz RFID system and de sign of the architecture of portable2.45GHz RFID system for the taxi inspection management.Third, starting from the overall design, the thesis introduces the design of the hardware ciruit of the portable terminal device through the sub-module:i.MX27embedded system hardware circuit design, including the crystal oscillator and reset circuit, the external memory circuit, a keypad interface, JTAG interface, USB interface The MC13783power management design, including the charging and battery management, multiple power generation and supply, power extension, the power mode of operation; information collection module including a camera interface, video input and output interfaces, GPS module interface, the display circuit interface; strip scanning module interface; communication modules, including Ethernet interface, WIFI+Bluetooth module interface,3G communication module interface.Forth, the thesis introduces the hardware and software design of2.45GHz RFID reader modules and electronic tag. From hardware, author introduce The nRF24LEl RF-chip hardware structure and its working state, and then introduce peripheral circuit design of RFID reader module and active electronic tag.and research and design the PCB antenna (inverted-F antenna and serpentine antenna). From software, Introduce the ShockBurst technology and through the ShockBurst come out the fuction of RFID and proposed a hardware-based improvements ALOHA Algorithm thought.Through the image of portable2.45GHz RFID system design, the thesis explores and studies the key technologies of portable2.45GHz RFID technology,. The tests show that the system is stable and reliable, to identify effective, low leakage Reading, achieved the desired design goals.
