| In recent years, radio frequency identification technology has been rapid development and application, it has been throughout most areas of society and got widely used in the field of e-ticket recognition and management. This paper design a high frequency13.56MHz handheld reader, which combined with the actual application requirements. Metro staff can not only be very convenient for the passenger ticket inspection and recharge using this equipment, but also read and write the same frequency electronic tag in automatic fare collection machines. In the end, the information got from reader will be uploaded to the server via wireless transmission.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, then briefly introduces the composition, principle, standard, classification, application of RFID system. Secondly, the paper engaged in systematic feasibility analysis and system demonstration program through theoretical analysis and application research, determine to divide the system into the main control system module and RF module. The main control system is based on S3C2440A, which is ARM9series microprocessor. It design and expanded peripheral basic circuit, add the wired and wireless communication circuit, human-computer interaction circuit, debugging interface circuit according to functional requirements. RF module selects Philips highly integrated reader chips MFRC531as RF transceiver chip, it uses low power consumption and low cost Series MCU STC89LE as its controller, some read and write principles of RF module is analyzed in detail. The module hardware and software are also well designed. Finally, set up the operating system environment including the migration of bootloder, kernel and root file system, developers can develop applications easily. Because of the modular design of RF section, the paper takes a independent test between computer and the module. The test proves that it has good anti-jamming capabilities of hardware and software, its work distance is up to60mm. The design has achieved the desired design goals. |
