As the 3G license issuance, various carriers have in the original 2G network based on 3G network, active in a variety of new business applications. How was the development of 3G, network quality is the most important, without good support network quality to do, no matter how good business can not achieve or can not be better achieved. Early network planning largely determine the structure of the network, on network investment, and quality play a decisive role in the future network development.3G network planning, including the core network planning and wireless network planning, including planning for wireless networks to provide high cost, improve service and first-class network quality plays an important position. For the WCDMA system this complex, many factors and mutual coupling, WCDMA radio network planning is comprehensive and diversity, the theoretical capacity of the error is larger cover predictions.
