With the rapid development of China’s industry and people’s livingstandards greatly improved, the quantity of sewage discharged more and more,more and more serious environmental pollution. In order to better monitor theenterprise sewage emissions, the state environmental protection departmentrequires companies to install the sewage flow remote monitoring system.China’s current sewage monitoring system has just started, there is a lot ofneed to be perfected. In view of this, the paper designs a remote monitoringsystem of sewage flow, the real-time data for the environmental sectorenterprise sewage discharge, can control the volume of sewage and reducepollution.This paper analyzes the remote monitoring of domestic sewage flowsituation, a large number of documents in the reference basis, while in the fieldto meet the conditions necessary to design a microcontroller as the core controlmeasurement system, through the flow sensor and the converter, the collection traffic data transmitted by the processor after its serial port, and then throughthe serial control GPRS wireless communication module connected to theInternet network, and transmits the data to the specified address (fixed IPaddress or domain name) of the monitoring center host, thus realizing thesewage remote monitoring traffic and data storage.Thesis completed sewage flow remote monitoring system hardwaredesign, software design and debugging. Main work is as follows:1. Hardware design: from economic point of view, the United StatesAtmel’s AT89C51microcontroller as the master chip data memory unit,wherein the circuit hardware platforms including A/D converter interfacecircuit, clock circuit, reset circuit, LED display interface circuit, keyboardinterface circuit, RS232and GPRS module interface circuit, designed a sewageflow can be real-time detection and alarm functions with upper and lowerlimits of the measurement system.2. Software design: software part of the entire system, including thesecondary instrumentation and monitoring center software design. Secondaryinstrument software design, including the main program, Alarm procedure, and GPRS data communications. And in accordance with the basic principles ofGPRS achieve a TCP/IP communication. PC software using VC++,programming tool is Visual C, the main achievement of the PC software toreceive GPRS data server program, will receive the data into the database, andthe data is displayed in the form of statements by the image display its rulesand so on.3. System Commission: experimental and GPRS through the serial datatransceiver experiments showed lower machine and monitoring centers can bevery good for data communication, the host computer can be in the form ofreports and curves show traffic information.
