Nowadays,more and more companies apply their products to some unattended or lesser-mannered industrial sites,and their products are widely distributed and dispersed.In order to enable technology and management personnel to understand the production and equipment operation situation on the spot without having to visit the industrial site,it is very valuable to build a long-distance real-time monitoring system.However,for some equipment manufacturers that cannot enter the intranet of a customer company,the remote monitoring system based on a wired network has a complex construction process,and has a high system cost and maintenance cost.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study a wireless remote monitoring system with a simple,flexible and low-cost structure.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)This paper takes a tobacco plant manufacturer's electromagnetically driven tobacco conveyor trochoid system as an application example,and proposes a wireless remote monitoring system solution with a simple construction process and high cost performance.The system uses Ethernet networking technology to network a relatively concentrated device group.The remote monitoring computer realizes remote monitoring of industrial field devices through a multi-level network consisting of a cellular mobile communication network and the Internet.(2)According to the system function demand,through the key technology analysis of the application system architecture design process,the selection scheme of the relevant chip of the industrial field mobile communication network access terminal is studied.Based on this,the hardware circuit design is carried out.(3)Through the research of uC/OS-III embedded real-time operating system and LwIP network protocol stack,the transplantation and configuration of uCOS-III and LwIP are realized,and the design of peripheral driver based on STM32 firmware library is completed.(4)The application development of the mobile network access terminal based on uC/OS-III and the real-time and data transmission correctness testing of the system are completed.(5)The overall technical solution and research results were verified and applied on electromagnetically driven troughs.The remote monitoring computer will timely and accurately publish the collected equipment operating parameters through dynamic web pages,realizing real-time monitoring over the wide area network.The long-term results show that the results of this study are very feasible and stable.This article has integrated the mobile communication technology and the Internet technology to design and implement a wireless remote monitoring system,and presented a design scheme of a simple,flexible,low-cost remote monitoring system.The results of on-site operation show that the system has good practicality.,Has good application and promotion value.
