With the advent of the knowledge economy, our educations at all levels have been developed rapidly. Higher vocational education as an important component of China's higher education responsible for the train who have a certain scientific and cultural foundation and a strong ability to personnel integrated vocational as education objectives. However, from the present status of higher vocational education point of view, some old ideas and teaching methods of education can no longer meet the needs of the development of vocational education."Information Technology" as an ordinary non-computer professional Vocational College students in a compulsory course, which in training students to analyze information, process information and the ability to use information plays an important role. In this paper, summarizing and analyzing the information technology courses in higher vocational educational problems that exist, the proposed project learning as a new type of teaching method applied to the necessity of information technology lesson. First of all, I learn from the introduction of the project proceeding and foreign experts elaborated understanding of the concept of project-based learning, project learning as well as the theoretical basis of the elements contained in such content. Then the project learning in vocational courses in the application of information technology, conducted a comprehensive analysis, mainly including analysis and application analysis of teaching in terms of both summed up the project and further study in the application of information technology, lessons feasibility and significance.This paper focuses on information technology, project learning in the vocational classes in the applications. In this part, the author from the project selection, the teaching process and teaching evaluation of three teaching links starting to carry out a specific instructional design, project learning in vocational courses in the application of information technology, put forward a new model.The theoretical basis of the study, combined with the practical teaching situation, in Baoding Vocational and Technical College launched a project-based learning in the information technology classes in the application of practical study. The last two chapters of the thesis, not only discussed the project learning and information technology, lessons integrate design thinking, teaching content but also through specific case of Excel shows the process of practice and conduct the test results of practical teaching and reflection on the project-based learning in high - vocational schools in the application of information technology, lessons have been summarized and prospects.
