This article is on the college"C Language Programming"course to PBL mode of teaching practice on the basis of completion. The aim is to find not only consistent with the objectives of vocational training that can improve students'problem-solving capacity of the teaching. By the author of Inner Mongolia Institute of Construction Technology non-computer professional "C Language Programming" course nearly three years of teaching practice, I find that the teaching mode based on"teaching"had limited the students'abilities of analysing and solving problems in some degree, how to change this situation? Through the comparative studies of learning theory, this issue argues that the PBL model is well suited College "C Language Programming " course of instruction for "C Programming Language", because it is a very practical course, the process of PBL mode of teaching students is under the guidance of teachers, and take the initiative to acquire knowledge, apply the knowledge, help students rise the ability of analysing and solving problems.In this paper, on the basis of college "C Language Programming" and theoretical basis of PBL mode, I analysed the students'characteristics and course content, designed the vocational "C Programming Language" course program. The main research content is reflected in three aspects: First, design teaching mode, develop PBL learning platform, and construct the information resources for the course. Second, design a curriculum according to the teaching objects, and allocate the teaching hours, select the appropriate methods and organize teaching activities; Third, design learning assessment scale for the completion of student teaching evaluation, compare the situation that how students mastered. On this basis, design the specific plan of implementation, describe the main teaching practice implementation steps and precautions, and have experiments by comparing methods of teaching practice. I controlled the research process properly, and statistically analyzed the results of the knowledge on students'learning C language programming and interests in learning, communication, discovering and abilities of problem-solving.Practice shows that the PBL model used in C language programming learning activities not only train the student's information literacy, but also contribute to improving student learning operational skills, interests in learning, communication and abilities to identifying and solving problems, these effects are very obvious, but the effects to improving theoretical knowledge are not obvious.
