Industrial robots have been widely used in all walks of life to replace human operations. In order to meet the continuously changing of production requirements and production environment,people are demanding more on robots' control process. The study of industrial robots teaching and control systems is of great importance in promoting the automation of industry. In this paper,ZZR680 robot is served as the research object,and the following contents will be studied.This paper analyzes the development status of industrial robotic teaching system, expounds the meaning of this design, puts forward the design task and requirements of ZZR680 robot teaching system,and gives the general design of teaching system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of industrial robot language in the market and academic field,defines the programming language for ZZR680 manipulator and is named ZZC language. On this basis, a robot interpreter is designed based on Flex and Bison. The source code can be interpreted and executed.According to the characteristics of the robot system hardware, a three-level control structure based on management software, control software and motion control card is designed. The control software realizes the motion control of the real manipulator. The control software achieves the local operation of the robot without using the management software. Also, it can connect to the management software, and archives the realtime online teaching operation.The demands of management software is analyzed, various modules are designed and developed. The offline teaching module based on C++ and Directx, ethernet communication module and kinematics module are introduced with emphasis.Experiments are made on ZZC programming languages, ZZC interpreter, control software and management software. The experimental results show that robot language basically meets the requirements of robot control, the control software and management software are stable and reliable.In the end, the summary and prospects of the whole project are presented.
