Study And Design On The Automatic Batching System Based On The TMS320F2812

With the rapid development of the electronic technology have wide application in the modernized production, automatic batching system are playing more and more important role in the industrial production. But with the request of the economical development, artificial operation can't satisfy the need of mass production, therefore, designing a batching system of precision, information and intelligent has become an inevitable trend in this develop industry.This thesis carry on research in the present situation and development trend, combining DSP control technique, distribute control technique with advanced control algorithm, develop a automatic batching system taking DSP TMS320f2812 as the core controlling chip, using DSP to design a process control system of industrial production, it communicate and manage whit other equipments through the CAN bus. Its interface is simple and friendly, realize the network management.Firstly, this thesis reviews the background and significance of the studying on this project, and makes the comparative analyses on the research of current situation at home and abroad;Secondly, this thesis introduces the whole process of production, provides a total design plan of the whole system structure. This thesis includes system control principle, control model, put forward the reasonable configuration of software and hardware, the main technical parameters and so on.Thirdly, this thesis makes out the design proposal of the hardware and software on the basis of the control strategy, and the anti-interference and grounding design;Finally, this thesis tests the controller, verified the stability and precision of the system, and carried on the discussion to the weigh lag compensation. The result shows that this automatic batching system not only can complete the automatic feeding according to the request, but also further improve the measurement precision and speed of the system, this system has high stability, strong anti-jamming capability, and it greatly reduced the labor intensity, improve the product quality.
