With the development of computer technology and PLC technology, the artificial ingredients industry has been changed from the traditional formula weighing into fully automatic batching. This technology can improve the work efficiency and reduce the dosing error, so it saves manpower and resources.To meet the demand of feed factory, this dissertation designed the automatic batching system based on PLC and KingView. The system uses lower computer-position machine distribution control mode. The lower computer uses Siemens S7-1200 to control, and the position machine uses Dell IPC, the develop platform is KingView of Beijing Yakong and the database is SQL Server. The system can manage recipe(add、modify and call)、batch automatically and data storage. When completed, it could calculate the error of proportion automatically, and data will stored in the database. This system has flexible and reliable reporting system in the human-computer interface,it supports query and print functions of daily report and the amount of storage. In addition, in order to prevent malfunction or human operational errors in industrial site, this dissertation proposes a triple alarm system to ensure the normal ingredients effectively. To improve the accuracy of ingredients, we designed polycyclic error checking algorithm, it can controlled batching errors effectively. With large number of actual experimental data, we derived that the ingredients error is less than 3‰, while the total time of the ingredients is within 90s, so this system has competitive advantage in the industry. The system has been used stably in the factory for eight months.
