Fuel cell is an equipment, which can continuously convert the chemical energy contained in supplied fuel and oxidizer into electrical energy. Energy shortage, environmental pollution, depletion of the fossil fuel increasing and high oil prices, and so on, are widely existed in nowadays international community. So to find new energy sources as alternatives to fossil fuels become a trend. As a clean energy, because of its unique environment-friendly features, fuel cell become the focus of our attention. However, now its production cost is still high, which directly hinder its development. Thus enlarging production scale, aotomated mass production and reduce the cost would be the key of the promotion and development.Main contents of this thesis is the design of a coating motion system which can coat fuel cell catalyst onto a certain film, aiming to improve production efficiency and accuracy of the electrode, from this aspect, to reduce the cost of fuel cell and accelerate its spread.Firstly, the thesis gave an overall introduction of this system and its kernel part-XY servo table about their basic structure and working principle, and then gave a regulation of the control methods, motion and trajectory, and so on, of the system. Then the mathematical model of PMSM was analyzed. In the study of physical equations, torque equation of motor, we establish the system model based MATLAB/SIMULINK, and then set up the table model, based which, we analyzed friction and backlash, two major factors of servo system.Then based on the established model above, the analysis and simulation of position loop controller and dual-motor synchronization was focused on. To the position controller, the thesis gave a dual-mode strategy, Fuzzy-PD controller. From comparison with traditional PID control, we can find that Fuzzy-PD controller can performs better than the traditional PID, in a certain error range demand. To the system synchronization control, according to the characteristics of the system and the advantages, disadvantages and applications of each synchronization strategy, the thesis took the Master-slave synchronization strategy. To the slave part, the control strategy of fuzzy PID was applied, which was analyzed in detail in the thesis. From the result of simulation, we found the control algorithm was effective and practical.Finally,the research work in this thesis was concluded, and the other problems in the system were analyzed and the interested directions in the future were described.
