Nowadays,there are various related products in the servo-market.The development of the servo system has experienced from the process of hydraulic,pneumatic to electric,since the first servo system had been developed from The Massachusetts Institute of technology laboratory in1940 s.At present,Servo system has been widely applied to the CNC machine,laser processing,industrial control and military weapons and other high-end fields.With the changing of control algorithm and the related hardware upgrade,the servo system will become one of the supporting technology of industrial automation in the future.In this paper,the digital three-closed-loop PMSM AC servo control system had been designed which can achieve a certain performance index in servo system.At the begining,this paper introduces the background of servo system and analyzes the trend of servo products at home and abroad.Meanwihle,it points out that the research is importance and necessity in the current situation.Secondly,based on the physical structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper established the mathematical model of the motor,analyzes the vector control principle and SVPWM.Finally,the PMSM AC servo system with three-closed-loop structure had been designed.Current loop adopts PI regulator which is simple and effective.To deal with the problem about coupling current between two axises,uses voltage feed forward to optimize the dynamic performance.Velocity loop adopts fuzzy PID controller,improved the speed of responding and robustness of system.In position loop,this paper designs the position controller by combining sliding mode control with fuzzy control to soften control signals and weaken chattering,besides enhance the robustness further.Based on the control core of TMS320F2812 and DSP minimum system,the hardware circuit including digital control unit,power drive unit,signal detection unit and fault protection units.By way of total to points,the software system including the main program,the initialization program,and three interrupt program.In this part,focus on analyzing several PWM main interrupt subroutine modules.Based on the above designation,in the simulation environment of MATLAB/Simulink,the paper established the model of PMSM servo system to verify the regulation performance of three-closed-loop controller.At the subsequent simulation experiments,this paper tests the tracking performance of step signal and sine signal firstly.,then tests the robustness under different parameters and conditions,finally compares fuzzy sliding mode control and conventional sliding mode control by giving sine signal.The simuliation results verify the superiority of fuzzy sliding mode control.
