With the high speed development of modern science and technology, the AC servo system has been developed in all walks of life, and constantly growing, especially in the area of the AC servo system drive control, advanced control strategy will lead the overall direction of the development of the AC servo system. Because AC servo drive is becoming the main driver way in the driving field, so there is no duoubt that the research of AC servo drive technology has very important realistic meaning and value. This paper bases on the development background and significance, and in combination with the experimental system of AC-200AC servo machine, study the control of permanent magnet AC servo drive system on the basis of PMAC.First of all, this paper introduces the development of AC servo system and the current situation of drive control technology, using mathematical tool in space coordinate system analyzes and derives the basic equation of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and establishes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The AC servo system adopts PWM control technology, according to the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, establishes simulation model in the MATLAB/SIMULINK, and analysis the SPWM control modle, the speed PI control modle, current PI control modle. The simulation results show that the system has good dynamic and static characteristics, speed smooth, small harmonic components.Secondly, PMAC has powerful fuction, this paper accords to PMAC provides PEWIN32software, adopts manual methord, studies PID and speed/acceleration feed-forward control algorithm repeatedly adjust experiments on the AC-200AC servo device. In the process of experiment, the pulse response curve and sine wave response curve are not near the ideal curve or far more, through the analysis of each experiment and summing up experience, constantly adjust parameters, finally got the response curve that approximatly near the ideal curve approximation.Bases on the above researches, this paper applied the fuzzy control theory to the constructed fuzzy control system for a detailed analysis, designs steps of the fuzzy PID controller. Fuzzification of input and output are to establish the membership function; On the basis of fuzzy control rules establish output zKP, zK1, zKD of fuzzy control rule table; Analysis the output zKp, zK1, zKD three dimensional space diagram, according to the spatial distribution of uniform to verify the rationality of the fuzzy control rules; Using gravity method to solve fuzzy. In order to see more directly to the fuzzy PID control effect, using MATLAB SIMULINK and fuzzy model, simulate and compare the traditional PID control system and fuzzy PID control system, the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control system respon fast, no overshoot,and good stability.All in all, this paper has recerches the PID+velocity/acceleration feed-forward control algorithm, and on the basis to introduce the advanced PID control, makes the system obtain a good dynamic characteristic. Finally, design an infinite loop movement program, further verifies the fuzzy PID control system is more stable.
