Nowadays,Servo control system is applied more and more extensively in industry control and house appliances, Especially Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) which has excellent control capability and has been popular used. Some companies and institutions design and research motor control system with a lot of financial and human resources.However, The traditional design and development steps are divided into four stages:De mand, Design, Implementation, Test; This model has a lot of deficiencies,Such as four stages of development in isolation from each other. It casue duplication of effort. Test validation phase can only be carried out after the completion of the hardware and software.Based on the above defects,This article design PMSM servo motor control system devel opment platform which is divided into three parts, and its main contents are as follows:1.Based on the motor structure, mathematical models and SVPWM technology,this article design virtual developmental platform for PMSM motor control system with Matlab/simulink, Stateflow, GUI. This virtual p latform includes a complete model of PMSM motor control system and GUI interface. Which achieved continuous algorithm verification and performance test.2.Design of the PMSM servo hardware and software system after testing and validation through virtual development platform. The system’s core is high performance chip TMS320F2812of TI company.The power transform current and drive current are composed of power drive IR2110s and six FGA25N120, which is provided with high voltage value and good stability. It use mixoptical rotary encoder to achieve precise position orientation and get the speed’s feedback value. It use hall current sensor to achieve current’s feedback. The part expatiate every module function of system software, include AD detection module, SVPWM algorithm module, Position feedback module,Motor speed detection calculation module and so on. It easy to expand and apply according to the actual product design and performance requirements on hardware and software platform.3. Design of Servo control system monitoring interface based on Matlab/GUI, Which combined virtual developmental platform with real hardware and software platform.it control both of them and receive the respective process parameters, it easy to contrast and verify simulated and measured waveforms and analyze reasons to improve performance.The development platform of PMSM servo motor control system make various steps achieve in unified platform. It convenience for developer to expand, apply and shorten the development cycle and costs with this platform.
