In recent years, driving technology has transferred from DC to AC with the development of micro-controller, power electronics, material technology and theory of electric machine control. The key research of servo system has changed from DC to AC accordingly. At the same time, development of the technology of DSP provides a powerful support for advanced control theory and complicated control arithmetic. It also lays a foundation for the realization of high- performance servo system.This article focuses on the design of AC servo system which is based on DSP of type TMS320F2812 made by Ti company. Integrated design of system is explained, major structure and function model of control system hardware and software is introduced, the principle and achieve method is provided. On the aspect of hardware, design of master control panel is discussed. On the software, the disposal flow chart of major process of system and subprogram of both time interruption and communication interruption are provided. At last, design of anti-interference system of servo system is discussed.The design of this servo system is content with tactics and qualification of the debriefing. Engineering use of new technology is researched and solving-method is provided. The capability of system is advanced by using of the new technology of DSP, the structure of hardware system is predigested and the reliability is improved at the same time.
