PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) is widely applied for its excellent performance into fields such as Robot, Digital Control etc. And with the development of electrical and electronic techniques, DSP (digital signal process) bring about the possibility of implements of some successful algorithms. In this requirement and technique background, the author does the comprehensive studies and developments of digital PMSM servo driver.First of all, the hardware implements of digital PMSM servo driver are given, which include power board, control board, and the A/D and D/A logic. In this part the development idea plays a very important and directory role. And next is the vector control model which involves current model and speed model. The analysis and simulation of these models give the basis to implements of next part. And following is the implement of PI algorithm. Finally the author proposes a PMSM servo control method of speed based on adaptive fuzzy control theory, with high performance. The results of simulation verify the effect of this methodology.In general, some key techniques related with PMSM servo driver are broken through, which put a very good foundation for next work. |
