In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s IT industry, vocational computerscience has become one of the popular majors in higher vocational college. However, it isembarrassing that according to surveys: Computer Professional employment situation is notoptimistic and gradually emerges the status quo that is "supply and demand booming, thedemand dislocation". Companies need to recruit the talent, but the students could not find agood job, vocational computer science have been severe employment situation, as a result, itis urgent to find solutions in this situation.Currently teaching on vocational computer terms is mainly based on the traditionaleducational philosophy, that is, the students listen to the teachers, with all the establishedknowledge-centered lecture-style teaching. Facts have proved that there are many defects inthe traditional education, the employment status of vocational computer professional alsowarns that, it’s imperative to open innovation instead of the traditional educational methods.Modern American educator Dewey (John Dewey) proposed the famous "learning by doing"(Learning by doing) theory, this paper discusses that the "doing" is introduced intovocational education in computer science, aiming to develop students practical skills, theability to explore and solve problems and engage in practical work and the ability to adapt.This paper focuses on the management building of vocational computer professional"doing" in the teaching process,proposes the development of new course management systemto fully meet the needs of schools, and studies how to coordinate the relationship between thevarious roles in system to meet the need of various functions, further enhance the "learning bydoing" curriculum management, and improve the "doing" the degree of informationtechnology courses.In this paper, the requirements analysis, architecture design, detailed design, andsystem implementation and use for Computer Professional "by doing" course managementsystem are described. Including the teaching process, user role analysis, system functionalrequirements, system architecture, system module structure, class relations General Plan,various types of methods, the main interface and user processes.
