Development And Utilization Of Website Chinese Child Health Information Resource

Objectives This study aims at describing different types of network resources in Chinese children's health network and developing a navigation chart of Chinese children's health resource in network. The user can know the categories of children's health resources in network, and access to different types of ways to children's health resources. Guidance through the navigation map can be used quickly and accurately to find resources for children's health.Methods The first step is to review the domestic and international documents of children's network health resources development and utilization to form the initial program. Secondly, preliminary draft was modified through experts consulting. Thirdly, network resources of children's health were found using the subject search and manual screening. In the fourth step, the health resources under analyzing, classification, comparison, and strategy map of resource utilization was developed.Results (1) Children health information resources can be divided into electronic books, theses classes, periodicals, textual information transmitted online in accordance with printing type.(2) E-Books category of resources can be gained in the Super Star Digital Library and Founder Apabi Digital Library.(3) Thesis resources contain dissertations and conference papers. Dissertations resources can be obtained from WanFang Database, China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database, National Science and Technology Library, National Library. Conference papers resources can be found in WanFang Database, China Proceedings of Conference Full-text Database National Science and Technology Library.(4)Periodicals resources can be divided into pure network periodicals resources and periodicals resources changed by paper journals. Periodicals resources changed by paper journals can be found in China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database, Chinese Science Journals Database, WanFang journal Database. Pure network periodicals resources can be got from the website of Sciencepaper Online, Journal of Clinical Pediatrics, Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics, Chinese Journal of Evidence Based Pediatrics, Chinese Journal of Practical Pediatrics.(5)Text messages disseminated on the Internet including news, statistics, health knowledge, the site can be obtained in the Schedule.(6)Strategy charts of Chinese children's health resources were developed. Strategy charts consists of five parts: electronic books, dissertations, conference papers, journals, online dissemination of textual information. Each section gives the retrieval program.Conclusions (1) Chinese internet resources for Children's health can be provided through the directory to the user. (2) Strategy map helps users find information quickly, and improve the search speed and accuracy.
