Many commercial information organizations join the service ranks of information resource exploitation, which has brought new challenges to the library, and the library must change its idea. Facing this kind of aspect, according to the user's information demand and use to exploit the information of library and its marketing service, this article systematically discussed the library information resource exploitation strategy.The full text divides into four parts. The first is the introduction, which discusses the selected topic background and the basis, the research goal and the significance, domestic and foreign research present situation, this article innovation as well as content organization. The second part has analyzed the connotation and the characteristic of library information marketing, the feasibility and the necessity of library information marketing, the concept and the content level of library information resource exploitation, as well as the relations between information marketing and library information resource exploitation. The third part is the key and innovates in this article. At first according to the definition and the characteristic of information product, the information product development flow, taking the user's demands as the center, the part adopts the pointed product exploitation strategy; Then resting on and affecting the factor, taking the information product fixed price as the foundation, the part has discussed the information product price strategy and the fixed price method. Finally, in order to guarantee the user conveniently using the information product, this article discusses the marketing channel, such as the direct sale, the retailed sale, the promotion, the implementation creating marketing channel strategy again and so on .The fourth part has discussed the information policy instruction and the legal laws and regulations safeguard which the library information resource demands and its in the marketing process needs to be connected, needs the country to strengthen the construction in this aspect.Through to researching the library information resource exploitation strategy, to satisfy the people's information need, enhance the library information resource the development use factor, enhance the economic and the social efficiency of library, guarantee the library enterprise the healthy development as well as the promotion...
