With the demand for industrial products increasing in China and the industrialization process accelerating, as well as the establishment of the scientific concept of development, the requirement is urgent to improve the efficiency of the kiln stove control, to reduce energy consumption, to change the traditional industrial kiln stove structure and low productivity, to improve the atmospheric environment. So, study of advanced industrial kiln stove control system is very important.The design treats tunnel kilns with natural gas in industrial kiln stove as an object of study, refers to efficient tunnel kiln control system home and abroad, and fully integrating characters of the actual operation, the program researchs and designs in the control of kiln technical requirements of temperature, pressure and atmosphere. The control of the furnace is divided into transmission control, ignition control, atmosphere control, temperature control, pressure control, safety control, etc. The control of temperature and pressure which affect product quality mostly are the core control of this design. These variable parameters with the coupling characteristics are not independent of each other.Pressure control ensured control of Temperature and atmosphere, Temperature changes affect the pressure, temperature regulation will also affect the atmosphere, and temperature, pressure and atmosphere must meet the requirements of the production process. Furnace is a nonlinear, time variability, large hysteresis, coupling characteristics system, the application of traditional control algorithms and creating non-mathematical model are difficult in meeting process requirements. Without mathematical model the efficiency automatic control of the furnace is more difficult.After deeply studyed the furnace process, with specific site characteristics this design realized the control of the furnace.On the hardware side, to coordinate the various parts of the furnace control, an advanced master-slave PLC control network must be built. The maste PLC play a coordinating role in the control and the slave PLCs fully control each part of the kiln.In order to monitor all parts operation status of the kiln scene and the firing of industrial products, the configuration system is applied to this design,which carries out monitor through using PC communication between Upper and Lower; On the software side, fuzzy control system is created combinating field condition which flexibly and efficiently control kiln and in actual production, a variety of load elements are optimally distributed .Not only the safe operation coefficient of entire production conditions has been a greater degree of increase, but also product quality and efficiency improve greatly and environmental pollution reduces.
