HIP-Sinter stove is one of the key equipments in the horniness-alloy's manufacture. At present, our country is the largest producer and consumer in the horniness- alloy scopes. But now, this stove depends on import, HIP-Sinter stove's self-develop and corresponding control system has important apply value.At the base of participating in the system design and debug of the DY-500 HIP-Sinter Low-pressure and vacuum sinter stove which is investigated by the ZiGong horniness-alloy Ltd. this paper conclude the practice and work, according to the sense and the embed analysis, this paper including:Aim at HIP-Sinter stove, analyse technics principle of the dewaxing, the vacuum sintering and the hot isostatic pressing by low pressure. And the thesis discussed the influence in produce process as a result of three main factors of the temperature, the vacuum degree and the pressure. Then, at the base of analysis of the technics process, designed the autocontrol technics flow chart of HIP-Sinter stove.According to control system requirements of HIP-Sinter stove, the thesis selected PLC of S7-300 series of Siemens as main controller to autocontrol produce process, and the industry person computer which produced by ADVANTECH Ltd. and HMI which produced by PROFACE Ltd. as the monitor computer, which composed plural computer control system.According to the types select of sensor and transducer and the satistic mount of I/O of the control system of HIP-Sinter stove, the thesis configured and select the types of control system hardwares. Then, designed the PLC autocontrol program of HIP-Sinter stove by the STEP 7 V5.2 software and the monitor program of montor computer by the WinCC V6 monitor conifigure software. Consequently, it improved the whole performance of the stove a lot.The temperature is the key factor which harmed the quality of the products, as the object of the temperature of the HIP-Sinter stove , we established the voltage- temperature module of the stove by steps-responding test method which is the modeling metho of the object dynamic characteristic in common use.According to the voltage- temperature module, for the non-linear, lag, diversification of the parameter of the temperature, as these disadvantages, we choose a synthesis control method both PID control arithmetic and self-adapt adjust the PID...
