As the key background of control theory, Industry manufacture process has been promoting the development of the control theory, because of its complexity. Nowadays, the conventional control theory cannot satisfy the requirement of high benefit, in the industry manufacture process. So the advanced control arithmetic has appeared. As the representative of the advanced control arithmetic, fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning control arithmetic has many successful applications in industry. But it is the first proposed for the HIP-Sinter stove.At present, our country is the largest producer and consumer in the horniness- alloy scopes. HIP-Sinter stove is one of the key equipments in the horniness-alloy's manufacture. But now, this stove depends on import, HIP-Sinter stove's self-develop and corresponding control system has important apply value. The background of dissertation is the project"Sichuan Zigong horniness-alloy LTD, CO. HIP-Sinter stove Computer Control System", the control object manifests the characteristics such as nonlinear, large time delay, time-varying and strong relevance, and the conventional control arithmetic is not much effective, so the advanced control arithmetic as mentioned above is adopted. It takes two months to collect date, debug program, modify program in the field, the advanced control arithmetic is finally applied in operation.The dissertation carries out its study of HIP-Sinter stove, by studying of present related domain, it analyzes the application of the control theory in industry. Based on mastering the manufacture process of HIP-Sinter, it analyzes the control requirement of HIP-Sinter. Then it completes the design of hardware of the HIP-Sinter Computer Control System.Based on the hardware design, it bring forwards many schemes, through practical experience, it set up the mathematics model of the HIP-Sinter, and it attests the conventional control arithmetic cannot satisfy the requirement of HIP-Sinter. Final, this dissertation decides to choose fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning control arithmetic as the control scheme. Based on the abundant experience of the HIP-Sinter operator, it completes the design of control system.It analyzes several limitations of fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning control arithmetic experiential, and put forward some improvement. Then programmed the controller for the HIP-Sinter temperature control by Siemens S7300 PLC. Achieve the control requirement of the HIP-Sinter.
