The Research Of Multi-Parameter Storage Measurement Technology

The multi-parameter storage measurement which is based on the memorized testing and measurement technology is a modern testing technology。It is the use of multi-parameter sensor testing technology which simultaneously realizes storage measurement of multiple physical quantities. It has not only storage measurement technology characteristics and can also improve storage measurement in previous measuring parameter number fewer limitations. This technology will be applied in the process of the transportation and packing for testing of the package motion parameters, it reduce or avoid packing damaged in the transportion.this technology can improving the reliability of the process of the transportation and packing,reducing a series of problems of transportation and packing such as waste of resources in excessive packing. This paper use MTx sensor to acquire the three-dimensional axis accelerometer,the three-dimensional rotation rate,the three-dimensional magnetic field and temperature parameters of multi-parameters data. Than combining the multi-parameter hardware circuit to transfer and storage the collected data. This paper will focus on the driver and seting of the MTx sensor and designing the hardware circuit.The main research topics are as follows:1. Analyzing the practical application of storage measurement system and learning theory. Through the analysis of the different application sums up and the measuring technique in storage in the process of transportation and packing necessity and practical significance.2. The analysis of the overall structure of storage test system and integral frame. According to the requirements of the overall structure, and the corresponding system diagram.3. Analyses storage measurement systems need hardware equipment and hardware circuit and the form of realization and developed many parameters storage test system hardware instruments. This instrument can be collected 3D accelerometer, three-dimensional rotation rate, 3D magnetic field and temperature data and parameter data needed to send forms storage equipment for storage. After the end of the sports events to analyze the data stored parameters. The driver circuit, MTx sensor sampling frequency and the stability of the system is developed.4. In the development of MTx sensor chip driver, setting the serial interface communication program. The mian system operation process, using keilμVision2 software development the main program.5.
