Multi-physics parameters data recorder was developed for recording the temperature,shock,pressure,overload and voltage parameters. Accomplished collection,storage and data analysis. The data was very important for the tested object for it was the important reference for the technology research and improvement for the tested object. The data recorder is attached to the technical areas of memory test.Based on the development and present situation at home and abroad,put forward the overall design of multi-physics parameters data recorder according to the task requires. The central control unit of the data recorder is FPGA, and the collecting method is record after erased,and the storage is double backup.In formal test,with ground test platform,computer, cable nets and sensor array,the data recorder composed the whole collection system which realized data collection of temperature,shock,pressure,overload and voltage,ect.This paper introduced three work modes of the recorder,and the hardware circuit design principle, hardware design, logic control and hardware circuit test of the data record and isolating device.The theory demonstration and realization of external protection design were also introduced. For the feature of multiparameter, the recorder has introduced in detail in the key technical parts. For example, the principle of shock signal regulate, temperature signal theory to realize and design of external cable, principle and realization of resistance signal in isolating device, and the effect the design reached. Finally, drawing the conclusion and prospected of the work of this paper.The data record system has been successfully used in the test. It realized the related task requirement and achieved the specified performance requirements.
