At present,China's logistics industry is generally lack of dynamic monitoring of the flow of logistics objects.As a result,agricultural and sideline products,dangerous goods,and complex weapons and equipment cause unexpected loss of resources in the process of storage and transportation.Due to the unfavorable temperature and humidity in the storage environment,and mechanical handling or transportation processes that cause shocks,vibrations,etc.,it causes enormous waste.Therefore,there is an urgent need to study related technologies and strengthen the dynamic monitoring of various parameters of the logistics object storage and transportation process.For the requirements of monitoring parameters,monitoring technology intelligence,security,etc.,an intelligent storage and transportation environment monitoring microsystem was designed.Including intelligent electronic tag(sensor information acquisition and storage module),intelligent mobile terminal(portable information processing module),intelligent management system(upper computer)in three parts.After researching the key technologies of storage and transportation monitoring,an intelligent storage and transportation environment monitoring microsystem was designed and implemented.The system can complete the identification of logistics objects in the process of storage and transportation,the collection,storage of various environmental information,the processing of monitoring data,the query and analysis and statistics.When the environment is abnormal or the voltage and current are abnormal,the monitoring system will perform an audible and visual alarm to remind the management personnel to make corrections.The collection of data is accomplished through the use of intelligent electronic tags.The monitoring data is encrypted for confidentiality and stored in intelligent electronic tags.In order to solve the problem of real-time problems,smart mobile terminals have been added,and the collected data can be read,managed,or set up at any time and place.Subsequently,the reliability of the test system was analyzed,and the test system was tested for environmental adaptability.The test results show that the system can effectively monitor,collect,and process the environmental parameters during transportation and storage.Finally,the error of the geomagnetic sensor is modeled,the error simulation is analyzed,and the calibration method is selected.
