As the various environmental influence of factors are the important reasons to the reduction of valuables’ performance or even the damage of valuables, when in the process of the storage and transportation of valuables, such as the too large changes in temperature or humidity, drop or impact occasions, the complex electromagnetic environment, etc. Therefore, knowing the storage and transportation states of valuables timely and accurately, monitoring the storage and transportation environment of valuables, acquiring the storage and transportation informations of valuables contribute to the analysis of the mechanism of logistics accident occurred, as well as the improvement of the reliability of logistics transportation and the level of quality control.This paper designs an intelligent label for the storage and transportation of valuables, which with micro volume, low power consumption, intelligent trigger, and can work stably for a long time. The intelligent label is designed based on microprocessor STM32F407VGT6 with ARM Cortex-M4 kernel, which using several digital sensor chips of I2 C communication to complete the information acquisition in the process of storage and transportation of valuables, using flash and SD card that are two kinds of large capacity storage medium for the storage of data, using infrared transmission mode to communicate with the external handheld devices. The intelligent label has a kind of dormancy and awakening mechanism, which includes four kinds of wake-up modes from dormancy. What’s more, the intelligent label has an alarm circuit, which is in order to give an alarm if any unexpected situation happens.In the basis of the analysis and solution of the key technology of miniaturization, low power consumption, intelligence and long-term and stable power supply, first of all, this paper designed the shell structure of the intelligent label, and made the finite element simulation and analysis of the shock resistance by ANSYS. Secondly, it designed the hardware circuit of the intelligent label, introduced the selection of components and the circuit configuration in each functional circuits in detail, and completed the PCB design of the intelligent label. Thirdly, it designed the software of the intelligent label, and introduced the program flow design and the realization process detailedly. Finally, the intelligent label was tested, and analyzed and summarized detailedly according to the results of the test.
