At present,with the rapid development of the logistics industry,goods in the process of storage and transportation are vulnerable to environmental changes,bad road conditions,disorderly placing,location loss and other factors,such as temperature and humidity caused by deterioration,vibration caused by impact damage and goods chaos.In order to strengthen the management of the storage and transportation process,ensure the safety and reliability of the goods,the abnormal goods can be handled in time,so the monitoring of the multi-parameter environmental data and location information in the storage and transportation process has great research value and social significance.At present,the university of north state key electronic technology experimental design intelligent electronic tags are survey can achieve the environmental information collection,storage and monitoring data processing,query and analysis of statistics,but the intelligent electronic label need reading monitoring data information from the external device,poor realtime performance survey,unable to process the real-time accurate positioning.In this paper,an intelligent multi-parameter data transmission and positioning system for goods storage and transportation process based on intelligent electronic tag is designed.It includes four parts: data acquisition terminal(intelligent electronic tag and data transmission module),Zig Bee network(indoor positioning information processing),on-board terminal(real-time positioning and transmission),monitoring management software(indoor upper computer,One Net cloud platform,We Chat small program).The system can realize the real-time acquisition,storage,wireless data transmission and accurate positioning of various environmental information in the process of goods storage and transportation.Goods storage,will use the KGWAL hybrid filtering algorithm for RSSI measurement value preprocessing,path loss model parameters were optimized by the least square method to improve positioning accuracy,managers can through the PC software real-time monitoring items environmental information and precise location,when the abnormal situation,smart tags will be sound and light alarm,PC software pop-up warning,Remind management to deal with it in time.When goods are transported,the wireless transmission design is used to upload the monitoring data to the cloud platform.The managers can monitor the environmental information of goods and the driving track of vehicles in real time through the cloud platform and We Chat small program.When there is an abnormal situation,the One Net cloud platform will send an email to remind the managers to inform the driver to deal with it in time.The test results show that the real-time monitoring system can effectively monitor the process of storage and transportation,and the monitoring data are accurate and reliable.The intelligent data transmission and positioning solution proposed in this article can monitor the location and smart tag sensor data during the storage and transportation of goods,and has strong usability.
