The complex and changeable test environment puts forward higher requirements for the performance index of electronic measuring instruments.Waveform Recorder is a highly integrated electronic measuring instrument that combines oscilloscope and recorder.It has richer functions and more stable performance,so it has been paid more attention.However,the characteristics of multi-channel and multi physical quantities of Waveform Recorder bring challenges to the development of its various storage and calibration functions.Therefore,based on a Waveform Recorder project platform,this thesis aims to develop a Waveform Recorder with powerful and rich storage and calibration functions.The main research contents are as follows:1.The scheme of fusing and storing a large number of complex multi-source data is designed and implemented.Firstly,this thesis designs and implements the history recording function,circularly stores the history waveform in the upper computer buffer,and realizes the storage and playback of the history waveform of up to 5000 frames.Then this thesis designs and implements the file storage function based on database,which can store larger amounts and more types of data in the hard disk.In this thesis,the database table is designed according to the relationship between multi-source complex data,which solves the problem that a large number of multi-source complex data are mixed and difficult to be stored.The file storage function can store waveform data,parameter measurement results,various configuration information,etc.A single file storage operation can store up to 500 GB of data.The upper limit of file storage capacity in the hard disk is 1TB.2.The data loading function is designed and implemented,including file loading and data retrieval.By analyzing and processing a large number of multi-source complex data in the files,the data loading function realizes the loading and retrieval of waveforms on the recorder or other PCs,solves the problem that a large number of multi-source complex data are difficult to be quickly reproduced and searched,and facilitates users to process the required data by themselves.3.The automatic calibration scheme suitable for multi-channel and multi physical quantity Waveform Recorder is designed and implemented.Firstly,this thesis designs and implements the automatic calibration function to reduce the labor consumption and improve the calibration efficiency.Then,according to the characteristics of multi-channel,the channel automatic calibration is designed and realized,and a scheme to calibrate the channel offset,gain and phase is proposed.After calibration,the zero position accuracy of the channel reaches ± 0.15%F.S.,the amplitude accuracy reaches ± 0.4%F.S.,the time delay between channels is less than 100 ns,and the overall measurement accuracy reaches± 0.2%F.S.Finally,according to the characteristics of multi physical quantities,the sensor automatic calibration is designed and realized to deal with the errors that affect the measurement results.After calibration,the measurement accuracy of each sensor meets the project requirements.
