Along with the rising of wire bonding's speed and precision, the requirements to the control system of bonding machine are high, servo motor, motor control strategies and controler is crucial and difficult to reach high speed and high precision. This paper base on the theory of vector control on PMSM, using the TI company TMS320F2812 Digital Signal Processor(DSP)as the core of the motor control, designed and developed the hardware and software of automatic bonding machine's PMSM vector control system, simulation by Matlab and parameters optimization have also been done.The paper deeply study the PMSM's composing principle and the theory of vector control, and realize the mathematical modle of PMSM decouple and linear. The current loop, speed loop and position loop of the system were designed with the help of engineering design method of automation system regulator. The implementation of 7-segment SVPWM algorithm was detailed description and the simulation of the system was built, rotational, speed, the stator current simulation waveforms were got. The system stability, dynamic performance and load change on the impact of each parts of the system were studied, this system has trait of fast response, small overshoot and strong anti-jamming performance. It has verified possibility and the correctness of this vector control system.As the hardware is concerned, based on the expansinon of TMS320F2812 digital interface and analog interface which is the main control chip, the current detection circuit, optical encoder interface circuit, three-phase inverter circuit,RS232 switch to SCI communication interface circuit were designed; As the software is concerned, on the CCS Integrated development environment for software platform and useing C language as the main programming language complete the main procedure, interrupt procedure, current testing procedure etc. The interrupt process, SVPWM generation and PI regulator of the system were mostly described.Against to the high frequency signal interference problem of the control system, The paper applied the MATLAB software to design FIR digital filter which based on Window Kaiser and imitated the designed filter, Using DSP integrated developing surroundings-CCS to debug program, and TMS320F2812 to realize FIR digital filter. The interference problem of high frequency current signal collection was solved and enhanced overall system performance, achieved good results.In this paper, using Real-Time Workshop and CCS Integrated Development Environment built the 7-segment SVPWM algorithm simulation modle by Embedded Target for TI C2000 DSP modle and was transformed into the PWM real-time C code and was validated on the target board. Comparing and analysing the difference of the pwm wave generated by the DSP T1CON work in the continuous-ascending or continuous-descending mode and continuous-ascending mode, and study of the impact by dead time on the system. A variety of debugging and configuration experience during the automatic code generation process were summaried, and the real-time motor control system code was rapidly realized. The presented model-based design of the control system integrates all the development process from algorithm scheme to the realization of it, and improves the efficiency of product development and reduces the manufacturing cost.
