With the rapid development of society,the number of vehicles also keeps increasing.Being a part of automobile maintenance,vehicle washing attracts more and more attention.Traditional manual vehicle washing consumes a large number of human resources and gives rise to phenomena of wasting water resources and low washing efficiency.The existing domestic automatic car washing machine are often based on Stepping Motor,which spray bar may appear phenomenon of tremble or pause.For those problems,an automatic washing machine control system driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is designed to improve the performance of automatic washing machine.Firstly,control requirements of automatic washing machine are put forward.On the premise of meeting the control requirements,the system scheme of automatic washing machine is determined.The control system of automatic washing machine is composed of detection module,driver module,display module,charge management module and communication module.The PMSM sliding mode control technology of automatic washing machine is studied.The mathematical model of PMSM and the sliding mode variable structure control principle are introduced to construct the sliding mode observer.The module of coordinate transformation,SVPWM and SMO are used for simulation of the drive control of PMSM.The change of torque,back electromotive force and the difference of rotor position from its actual value are depicted.The main circuit,the PWM control circuit,the communication interface circuit,the status display circuit and the power conversion circuit of driving unit are designed.The wiring diagram between DVP-32EH00T3-L PLC and the units of position detection,cleaning control and touch screen model are designed.The programs are designed to implement the functions of vehicle detection,positioning,cleaning,drying,communication and display.The simulation results obtained in MATLAB verify the effectiveness of the design.
