According to the requirements of process flow control of batch reactor in the lab, the paper designs the real-time simulation and control platform. Algorithms library of the platform not only takes advantage of the past research achievements, but also adds some new Algorithms into the library. The platform gets excellent simulation and control results.The paper optimizes the design of the monitoring operation layer. The reactor monitoring operation layer is configured by the software WinCC. AS WinCC can't simulate the control system, and its Numerical Analysis function is relatively weak, introduced open standard interface OPC (OLE For Process Control) in this paper improves the simulation function and numerical Analysis function of WinCC with the Real-time data exchange between WinCC and MATLAB.MATLAB simplifies the algorithm programming of WinCC with the establishment of an open scalable algorithm library. WinCC is so perfectly connected with MATLAB through OPC protocol, that the Real-time simulation and control system can be established. It is proved to be reliable and convenient to operate platform for further research of our lab.The reaction materials of the batch are diversified and would vary according to the market or some other reasons, so algorithms library of the platform should be easily changed to adapt for material changes. The algorithm research platform is important for the lab and have been tested to be working well. The algorithms such as PID,domain adaptive fuzzy debate and fuzzy-PID perform well. It is convenient to add new algorithms into the library. also is significant for further research of the lab.
