With technological development,social progress,and the vehicle is becoming widely used means of transport,car air conditioning systems to improve vehicle comfort as an important link has also been concerned about the majority of car manufacturers and related scholars,air conditioning compressor air conditioning system as a whole,to one of the key factors in the control center is affecting the entire system performance,permanent magnet synchronous motors because of its light weight,small size,simple structure and high power density is very suitable for this area,and permanent magnet synchronous motors position sensorless vector control is one of the research focus.This paper introduces the basic principles of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control and vector control strategies of several commonly used,because the article uses surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors,chose the advantages of different control strategies based on vector control;then attempt direction of the desired parameters in vector control improvements in access,improved software algorithms instead of hardware for the introduction of sensors,improve system reliability and reduce costs.Firstly,the stator phase current sampling,this article describes some of the common current sampling methods,and selected bus current sampling current reconstruction algorithm to calculate the stator current;secondly introduces the basic principles of variable structure,analyzes the cause sliding mode "chattering" reasons peculiar structure,and on the basis of a mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the design of the sliding mode controller,to observe the location and speed of the rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the introduction of a phase locked loop to avoid use the differential part to improve the observation precision sliding mode observer.Finally,the use of Matlab / Simulink model built on the basis of PMSM vector control,current reconstruction and SMO algorithm for the simulation,and related tuning parameters,to prove the use of the algorithm in this series only the case of the inverter bus sampling can control the PMSM effectively and guarantee a good dynamic and static performance.and thus prove the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis and design methods,the formation of a suitable car compressor control of low-cost,high-reliability PMSM control solutions.
