Based on the characteristics of power enterprise, considering the actual demand of power plant unit compositive evaluation, we deeply research as well as the principle and critical technique of data warehouse, ETL, OLAP, data mining. This paper focuses on the plan and implementation of the data warehouse during the system structure process, design the data warehouse model as the theme of power plant unit compositive evaluation, research and analyse the ETL process of the massive power plant unit data from the original data source to data warehouse, then based on the established data warehouse, we implement the application of OLAP multidimensional analysis, using decision tree and clustering arithmetic to achieve the classification forecast of unit scores and the cluster analysis of the relevant parameters. Finally form a complete solution for the evaluation of power plant unit. This power plant unit compositive evaluation system is designed to meet the communication and integration of information among the electricity enterprises, achieve the data analyse of the unit scoring, with high research significance and application value for the data warehouse construction of power system as well as the estimate and decision of the electricity information.
