In response to the requirements of the "innovation and social management" of the country,and in order to further enhance the safety supervision and management efficiency at the grassroots level.To promote the implementation of the government regulatory responsibility and enterprise subject responsibility.To comprehensively improve the level of the safety production accidents,and in accordance with the requirements of the "freeze-frame,fixed duty,fixed person,and settled companies".To strengthen and perfect the responsibility implemention mechanism of the "graded,responsibility and the package prices to people".To achieve the goal of safety supervision of the "clear responsibility perform their duties in place,strong regulation,coordinate linkage".To construct the safety supervision system of the coverage areas,functional areas(street town),and the village.And let the whole region's various types of production and operation units bring into the regulatory grid.Through the division of the fine regulatory grid,to achieve the normalization management of information in grid of the people,enterprises and other elements,and to construct the grid management information system of safety production.This project is derived from the communction center of the State Administration of Work Safety(SAWS).The grid management system mainly contains Android applications and Web monitoring platform.The mobile users are the third grid inspectors.The main work for grid inspectors is to complete the inspection of enterprises of the Android,review for the rectification of the completion of the enterprise,and report the results of corporate inspection to the higher level grid supervision member.The main functions of Web monitoring platform part are managing the unit grid information,dividing grid enterprise,issuing a task to the next level of inspection staff,and checking the hidden record which grid inspectors reported.At the end of the Web,we should focus on the grid map,and it will play a multiplier effect for the grid operators to supervise the dangerous Enterprises.The author participates in the requirements analysis,architecture design and database design of the project,and participates in the design of the grid map and the simple operation of the grid map in the detailed design stage.Independently developed mobile terminal function modules contain enterprise inspection,hidden trouble rectification review,information collection and uploading.PC-side function modules are:grid map,grid information management,grid enterprise division,subordinate report management and other functions.The highlight of this article is to use GIS,ArcGIS,JavaScript and other technical tools to achieve grid management system.At present,the entire grid monitoring system has been implemented and deployed,which greatly improves the efficiency of various government departments,regulatory units and enterprises.
