A Design Of New RF Remote-Controlled Electrical Key-Lock

With the development of national economy and the increase of material wellbeing, everyone pays much attention on coded lock. So the performance of coded lock has become the important thing in people's mind. The primary coded lock was based on metal key or machine turn plate, their design form and function are very simple, so there is much safety problems.Considering this present situation, this paper come up with this idea of integrate radio frequency telecontrol and cryptography, make use of the advantage of flexed keyboard electronic coded lock and telecontrol coded lock. Users could not only send lock up code by remote controller but also could pick the lock by keyboard which designed on the surface of safety box. In this way we could open the safety box even though the remote controller has lost. This paper's main works include three points of below:(1) We must follow the principle of normativity and practical when we choose hardware. Remote controller use AT89S51 as its head control chip, and PT2262,PT2272 to compile code, and then input the code through keyboard which has 13 key-press; Remote receiver besides receive circuit and decode circuit , also LED code display. And the flexed keyboard could open the safety box in the situation of without the remote controller.(2) When we design control chip procedure we use C procedure language, which could come into being compact code. This programmer mode could not only shake off the limit of its repertoire but also shorten the time of debugged program.(3) Furthermore, in order to decrease the power consumption, a reset circuit is available in the whole circuit, which could assure the system normal operation in any situation. At the end, some anti-jamming ways are introduced in this paper.Through experiment and actual debugging, this design achieved a multi-function design of electronic locks, the existence of more privacy that locks and practicability, and the realization of low cost, with the popularization value and good market prospect.
