Remote operation is an important part of power system operation and maintenance.Due to those questions,such as the long running period of the electrical equipment,the five-defence block faults,the aging of the mechanical structure and insufficient interrupting capacity of the circuit breaker,there will be potential safety hazard for the switchgear cabinet such as an explosion when operating the circuit breaker in distance.If on-site staff has weak safety awareness or insufficient equipment warning,there will be seriously dangerous when working personnel are not evacuated from the dangerous point.Therefore,th,e State Grid power safety work regulations mentions:it is appropriate to send a warning signal to worksite to remind the working personnel to stay away from the operating equipment before remote operating circuit breaker.This paper discusses Remote operation alarm device to avoid personal injury when operating circuit breaker in distance.Firstly,it is analyzed the process and work flow of remote operation circuit breaker from the execution layer,process layer and operation layer in substation automation system.It is proposed the Remote operation operation process,including Remote operation alarm device.Secondly,it is analyzed specific location which working personnel may appear during the remote operating circuit breaker,and determined installation and distribution scheme of Remote operation alarm device.It is proposed that Remote operation alarm device should be three functional modules:human body induction,voice prompt and acousto-optic alarm.It is analyzed requirements of each functional module,compared different functions and chosen equipment.It is compared different performance of human body sense modules and determined HC-SR501 heat detector to achieve goals.It is considered human ear acceptance degree and different sound transmission effects and determined to use built-in speaker scheme to achieve goals.It is compared different weight and types of acousto-optic alarms and determined LTE-1101)acousto-optic rotating alarms to achieve goals.It is finished the design of Remote operation alarm device after considering factors such as power supply,digital input,communication and convenient loading and unloading and so on.Finally,according to the actual situation of State Grid Ankang Power Supply Company,the Remote operation alarm processing flow is proposed based on the dispatching automation system,and it is designed device communication debugging interface to complete Remote operation alarm device debugging access scheme.The Remote operation alarm device proposed in this paper has been carried out experimental test and field test,it is analyzed results of single test,multiple tests and comparison tests.It is proved that this device has the function of avoiding personal injury when operating circuit breaker in distance,therefore it can provide a safer working environment for working personnel of substation.
