In our country, the current civil air defense alarm controller equipped is issuedby the master control center forward command to the alarm controller nodecommand through the base station. The defects of the traditional design is that thebase station is not convenient to move, which will become an important target in thewar. And it will appear the blind spot problem under the condition of the bad weatheror the weak signal. There has been a problem in the traditional civil air defense alarmsystem that reliability and anti-destroying ability is lower, with rise of the Internet ofthings technology, the traditional air defense warning network can overcome theshortcomings of poor network coverage and poor survivability by the use of therelevant technology of the wireless self-organizing network.This paper proposes a technology solutions based on self-organizing network(Ad Hoc) of special frequency point of air defence, and designs a alarm controlsystem of civil air defense alarm controller based on Ad Hoc. According to theworking principles and characteristics of typical Ad Hoc network, it is realized thecommunication between the single nodes of self-organizing network electroacousticalarm controller, through the design of RTS/CTS/ACK grip system based the defensespecial frequency point self-organizing network electroacoustic alarm controller.Through the design of the CSMA/CA mechanism and delayed back off mechanism,it is implemented to communication with no interference between multi node, andseted up a local network based on Ad hoc network protocol. By the use of design ofAODV routing protocol, it is implemented to set routing automatically afterwireless self-organizing network electroacoustic alarm controller node joining the net,and creates a link with main control center, it has verified the correctness of theprogram by test of each node of controling and broadcasting by main control center,and simulation carried on. By using STM32F103as data processor, it is designed anetwork communication protocol that is suitable for civil air defense special frequency point, the network not only has self-organization of the general Ad Hocnetwork, but also has outstanding characteristics, such as high anti-interference, highreliability and high safety, can be achieved between the node and the terminal isreliable, high efficient and high security, and it is achieved air defense warningissued control function with reliability, efficiency and stability between nodes andterminals.
