Solar acute activities especially the flare bursts, CMEs events affect earth and solar terrestrial space, and the noise engendered by solar radio burst events can also affect space electromagnetic field.During some past solar radio burst events, some GPS ground stations'navigation signal losing lock and the number of satellites decreasing which prove noise engendered by solar radio burst events is one of influenced factors for navigation signals But nowadays, there is no pre-alarm methods for these events, and few spcial instruments.The main characteristics and innovations of this paper are:? We analyze the influence levels of the wireless communication from solar radio bursts, confirm the different threshold values with different frequencies, and find that the navigation satellite communication signals in L band (1GHz-2GHz) should be most affected during the solar radio bursts events, because the wide band noise engendered by solar radio bursts can lead to signal channels' unsteady. And from computing results, we find that this influence is inverse ratio into working signal frequencies and direct proportion to antenna gain G. And on another hand, this affection is also determined by position relationship between the antennas'point angle and solar altitude angle.? At the same time, according to several space weather monitor data, we present an early pre-alarm method based on solar optical observation data and 2800MHz solar radio flux. Based on these above analyses and space weather forecasting data. We present a kind of real-time multi-frequency solar radio flux monitor system based on the 10 meter solar radio telescope located in Yunnan observatory. This system can response solar radio flux's abnormal conditions and sends pre-alarm information in the same time.? We design a new solar radio flux precision monitor system in L band with right 5MHz bandwidth power monitoring channels whose sensitive can reach to 1S.F.U.And it can calibrate and observes the solar radio flux for more effectively express the variations of solar radio flux. Combining the other observation data, such as the solar optical observation, solar radio flux in 2800MHz, we can get a long-middle-short forecasting mode and provide effective pre-alarm and prediction information? In the last, we present to build a space-adaptive filter based on building auxiliary antenna assorting to the main ground station antenna mode. Based on solar radio burst mode this filter's rejection band must be more than 45'and the attenuation value must be more than 40dB.
