It has been more and more concerned that courses of information technology should be introduced in middle school nationally wide while in the development of digital coaching and popularization of information technology China education bureau has put great efforts on research. This article is mainly discussing the major issues and proposing several solutions. This research came from several cases in Changchun Middle school by referencing, questionnaire by using deductive and conclusive methodology.Author believe that quality of education on information is essential component of assessing Overall quality of students, also one of the most import content of quality education. Effectively developing courses of information technology can improve students self-study efficiency on other subjects, also good for teachers to performance better educative skills.It's been widely admitted that quality education starts from middle school. Weather effectively performing development of course in information technology determines the success of education of information technology on students. Therefore, effectively developing and adding more hours of educating students on subjective such IT is decisive of modern education in china. Finding a practical and creative pathway become the new mission on how to propel compelling education in a rather balance development.It has been studies and concluded that the reality of education background and resources between cosmopolitan cities and country-side are in huge gap. In order to provide better developing space for all students in different areas, constructing modernized education system, reaching the goal of open to world and future, it is better that by using different polices and education methods, which are also the willingness of every parents, students and teachings.It has been analyzed and identified that there are many limitations and characteristics of developing course on information technology in between country-side and major cities by referencing articles and interviews through hundreds of questionnaires. Author of this article hope that this information and conclusion could help effectively contribute to build the better information education system in Changchun city and its own brother cities.Author highlights several points that information technology is the most import part of developing better modern city in the future; middle school is the main arena where each education organization should put great efforts. It's to claim that each education professionals should step ahead to learn such new subject and keep positive and initiatives to adjust different mythologies to cope with difference scenarios by using scientific policies to improve information education in more effective ways.
