Study On The Teaching Evaluation System Of A Middle School In Changchun City Based On Multi-Dimensional Evaluation Model

The teaching evaluation system is an important method to evaluate the teaching level of teachers.The implementation of teaching evaluation can test the quality of teachers and schools,and promote a long-term development of school teaching.In the process of the implementation of teaching evaluation,the practice of many schools is not the same.A traditional way to collect evaluation information is to distribute and analyze some kinds of paper evaluation sheet.There are some problems for it,such as the process is time-consuming,the evaluation cycle is long,and the evaluation results are always not accurate.Some colleges adopt the information evaluation system,but many of these systems usually have poor technical structure,lack of flexibility in evaluation methods,or lack of intuitive evaluation results.Therefore,it is necessary to study and apply a set of evaluation system for teachers,students,leaders and other multi-dimensional users to ensure the accuracy of teachers' teaching evaluation results.In this paper,the author studies on multidimensional evaluation model based on a middle school teaching evaluation system in Changchun city.The present teaching evaluation system in this school is not working well,only relying on excel spreadsheet for the evaluation results of calculation and statistics,and with no evaluation platform of informationization for strong support.To address this issue,this system introduces the multi-dimensional evaluation model to improve the evaluating way,making the teachers get the evaluations not only from the students,but also from the colleagues and leaders.Different weights can be set to obtain a more accurate evaluation result.To display the result better,the proposed multidimensional evaluate system introduces the radar map to show the multidimensional evaluation results.To implement all the contents of the teacher evaluation model,the proposed system includes the following modules:the evaluation module,the teaching the complaint system module,the query statistics module,the basic information management module,the system security management module,and other business module.Based on object-oriented thought,the proposed system adopts.NET framework to implement these modules in practice.In this article,the author describes the design and implementation process through the following main parts:the system analysis,the system design and the system realization.To explain the system better,the article uses case diagram,sequence diagram.and other UML design method to realize the specification of the system building process.This system has been already applied to the mentioned middle school in Changchun,and has played an important teaching evaluation role in the trial operation stage.It has a certain research and practice value in the information construction of education.
