As the complexity of the production technology and advances in social activities, our work need more and more computer auxiliary, the applications of computer in employee wages management has been a trend, the staff salary management system can not only understand the change in the salary management of each link information in time, but also greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the data for bursar’s office.Paper combined with the study of faculty salary system at home and abroad and actual situation and analyzed research background of our city salary system, introduced the significance of this project, maded clear the research content and the main work of this system, analyzed system problems and business process, through the data dictionary and data volume in the functional analysis, maded clear functions of the system, then given the overall system structure and each function module structure, which including staff basic information management, staff salary accounting management, withholding management, salary management, this system meet informatization needs of Kaiping NO.1 Middle School in practical work, and improved the management efficiency and data accuracy, Papers use E-R diagram to establish a database, and detail analyzed the data of each function to deal with, finally this paper summarized the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work are also discussed.
