At present, the areas of the applications are more and more aimed at the main body of knowledge sharing and reuse, that is, the expression of information through the ontology to achieve semantic level sharing and reuse, thereby providing communication tools for intelligent agents. Ontology reasoning technology, ontology mapping technology, while the query technology achieved a certain degree of development, but based on the applications are still immature, especially the integration of multiple technologies for use are even less.In information security, domestic hasn't the system to solve service programmes which are based on Ontology, the service solution which users need are based on the involvement of technical staff. Program to solve mostly between users and technical staff of the representations,which requires a lot of technical staff to analyze the user's needs, when combined with existing security services, technology and, finally to develop an appropriate service plan.In this dissertation, an expert system on the basis of the existing technology to design a program to slove the service based on ontology. This system does not require the involvement of technical staff or a small amount of intervention technical staff. Through the study of ontology knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the field of information security, security service resources on the ontology and the security services of these custom body into jena Knowledge Base, it has the semantics of the security service resources, and use the inference engine in Jena and quoted my own inference rules to complete the inference search, the search can not only retrieve information consistent with the keywords, but also to retrieve some hidden information, the hidden information security services through the ontology and inference rules shown. Finally, the system uses struts2 web interface in the form of framework to give the security service options expert system for customers.In this dissertation,, the work summarized as follows:First, Review the background and the stauts of ontology applications and services solutions, introduce semantic web-related technologies and architecture, including the concept of ontology and semantic classification.Secondly, combine services solutions with the Ontology, use OWL ontology language to describe resources so that it has semantics, and in accordance with information security-related features to define the inference rules.Third, the system background uses the Jena API to control the Ontogology of safe resource, including the use of Jena's inference engine reasoning quoted from the definition of inference rules to complete the search.Fourth, the system interface is simple, intuitive, easy to operate, user-friendly browsing and searching. And provide a direct query (similar to the keyword query) and the reasoning query, compare the two queries to illustrate the advantages of reasoning query.Fifth, bring forward the inadequacy of the present system and the perfect place to look to the future work to be done.
