The Web has become an excellent source for gathering consumer opinions. There are now numerous Web sites containing such opinions,e.g.,customer reviews of products, forums and bologs. In the face of a broad array of information, how to find imformation effectively becomes a question. So it was suggested that the concept of opinion mining.Opining mining technology is an emerging language technology. The mining of this tendentiousness widely used in many areas, such as electronic commence, information clustering etc,is of great practical value. This paper focuses on online custormer reviews of domain products. It makes following contributions:First,it proposes a novelframework for analyzing and comparing consumer opinions of competing products. The user is able to clearly see the strengths and weaknesses of each product in the minds of consumers in terms of various product features. This comparison is useful to both potential customers and product manufacturers. For a potential customer,he/she can see a visual side-by-side and feature-by-feature comparison of consumer opinions on these products, which helps him/her to decide which product to buy.For a product manufacturer, the comparison enables it to easily gather marketing intelligence and product benchmarking information.Secondly, from the perspective of great understanding of semantics,it constructed the field of domain products, the computer can be a better understanding of the field and their terms of the level of semantic relations, and realize their reasoning.Thirdly,it defines a new Chinese polar dictionary, retains the polarity of the static characteristics of the word, and its dynamic characteristics to the rules, and added the network polar dictionary.Fourthly,to compare with the traditional method of SVM,it shows its advantage on multi-topic and more detailed granular.
