The markets of Offshore Deck Crane are flourishing continuously because of the requirements of plenty of the offshore oil platform building and the offshore oil exploiting. In order to match the requirements of Offshore Deck Crane's market which Multi-categories and Smalllot mode and Mass Customization of productions lead the market, shorting the product development cycle, reducing the product development cost, improving the quality of products and improving the abilities of facing-to customer and market's requirements are the crane designer's target. With gradual maturity of the CAD/CAE and popularity of the ADAMS, Virtual Prototyping(VP) and ADAMS display their value in many fields which including ship-building, Offshore Deck Crane designing, simulating and controling of robot.The study and development of VP give a helpful hand to the design of Fully Hydraulic Offshore Deck Crane. Fully Hydraulic Offshore Deck Crane is a kind of complicated Electro Hydraulic Folding-jib Offshore Deck Crane. Thanks to VP, we can simulate the dynamical process of crane's all working conditions in conceptual designing stage. Getting through the results of the dynamic simulation, we can see the rational designing of the crane or not, providing a advanced skill to the design of Fully Hydraulic Offshore Deck Crane and matching the market.The paper reseaches the 50t Fully Hydraulic Offshore Deck Crane by ADAMS, getting the studies to the Multi-Rigid-body system, the Rigid-Flexible Coupling dynamic simulation and the Hydraulic Power Transmission System's dynamic simulation. Main content is as following:(1) Building up the assembly model of Fully Hydraulic Offshore Deck Crane by UG, leading the model into ADAMS.After applying constraints and drivings,get the studies to the Multi-Rigid-body system dynamic simulation of the crane and get out the dynamic load.(2) Simulating the Hydraulic Power Transmission System cycle of the main luffing mechnism of the crane by ADAMS/Hydraulics,study the dynamic influence between Hydraulic Power Transmission System cycle and Multi-Rigid-body system.(3) Building up the finite element model of the metal structure of the crane by ANSYS, exporting their model's MNF.Leading the MNFs into ADAMS, Building up the Rigid-Flexible Coupling virtual prototype of the crane.Researching the Rigid-Flexible Coupling dynamic simulation of the crane and analyzing the results.The Virtual Prototyping's application of designing 50t Fully Hydraulic Offshore Deck Crane successfully basing on ADAMS, providing out a vanguard technology to the crane's dynamic design.
