In a certain sense, the each section of the new historical period of history of human communication is from one or certain key new technology applications.With the development and popularization of network technology,traditional media and Internet technology becoming increasingly close.The traditional media repo-rters, editors, extensive use of network technology has been involved in news production.The network resou-rces,public opinion on internet become into social power and strength,which changed the traditional pattern of communication. It should be said that any newsreport is the interaction product of many factors, such as individual journalists,media organizations,social, political,economic,technology and so on.We can master the development tend and future direction of journalism by the observation and attention to various factors' cha-nges.The passage concerns on the the impact of the technology.In this paper, we understand the impact of new media environment and explore the changes of traditional journalism and traditional theory of journalis-m by studying the network news production technology on traditional media.The research methods of this thesis are case observation,interviews and literature analysis. The basic logic of thesis are as follows:first of all,we observe and understan the concrete influence of the traditional media editors and reporters's daily news production by using the network technology.Then.we analysis the change and social effects of the news products under the concrete influence. Finally ,we think and make the imagination of the news production and the role of media under the new media environment .which based on the specific change and impact.The main contents and found of this study are as following:The use of network technology,which makes the the whole editing work to completes on the platform ,and the whole work forms a fundamental change.By using of network editing system, the editors can quickly and easily find, access and modify the manuscripts,and some of the basic, the program of work completed by the network editing system, which can makes editing withdraw from such basic work, saving time, effort and avoid human error, the editors have more time to improve the manuscript, and think of new topics, etc,which can improve the quality of news products. Also it changes the traditional linear editing mode, the entire workflow into a synchronous, non-linear work, and the editor's "gatekeeper" behavior from simple open-closed transition aptitude,which is a traditional media editorial "process change", the transformation to the transformation of work processes as a starting point, emphasizing the work of the new paradigm to replace the original workflow. By using of network technology, the journalists can obtain clues other than the traditional news sou-rces, news themes,and more diverse types and forms. Many traditional news production process can not be attracted media attention in the event, groups are concerned, there is no voiceclass also have opportunities to hold some right to speak.With the network connection and communication, the audience composed of in-dividuals from the majority of audiences are no longer "virtual community", but really, influential communi-ties, which the traditional media can not ignore. Meanwhile,Internet has become an important media tool for communication within the organization;New jobs created:full-time surveillance of journalists and the journ-alisms of news network platform;There are different using between the journalism of different lines;the "inn-ovation diffusion" in the media organization; The these reflect the influence on the news practices of net-work technology from the above findings.In the three chapter, we think about the transformation and integration of science and technology under the influence of network news production,from the audience, news production efficiency and spread news organizations.
